Upload woes

Hi I'm trying to upload my video with Transmit, and I'm using the info I got on the confirm info page, but I keep getting a message saying I can't connect to the server because my login is incorrect. What can I do this is very frustrating?

You might have to creafully type in your username and password
(I mean very carefully, looking at each character, slowly & deliberately hitting each key)
(put kero.animemusicvideos.org in the server field if you haven't already)
case does matter, so chipogsel would be different than chiPRogSeL

protocol should just be ftp
try using port 21

*I don't use Mac...so I don't really know where to find options/settings, or what settings are avaliable...but ftp programs on mac seem to be similar to those on windows

Thank you, I went back to check it and realised that between the timed I wrote the info down to the time I tried to upload it it had changed, I feel kinda silly but it didn't think that would happen, Thanks again
