Main Site Skin Bug?

Is there a reason why the site won't remember the skin I change it to, thus making me have to change it all the time manually when I don't visit the site for sometime? Am I the only one that has this problem?

I'm gonna try and delete all my cookies for the site, cause maybe I have some corrupted cookies, but if this still doesn't change anything, then oh my...

The only skin I see is sub zero.

Site skins are broken and have been for a while. Some pages recognize the skin cookie, others have undergone a recode and no longer do.

The default skin, and the "skin" that the recoded pages have, is Orange Cream Pop.

I changed to that skin before but the site wouldn't keep the skin, so I deleted all my cookies for the site and so far, it seems to be staying with it,
