so i just joined up like today and i was wondering do i have to download the videos to watch them? is there a way i can preview them? do i have to wait? i'm just not understading at all, and i need help.

Yes, to view them you have to download them to your computer and you will need the appropriate codecs installed to have them play properly. Unfourtunately there is no preview, so downloading is like treasure hunting - you'll dig up quite a few rocks before you find the nuggets of gold. Also, at the bottom of the Download Guide, it says there is a 2 week waiting period for local downloads, you can ignore that. The 2 week wait hasn't been in use for a long time now.
