Download? I wish...

Every time I click "LOCAL" to download, it takes me to a page with "If the downloading process doesn't start in ten seconds a link should appear at the bottom of the screen... yada yada". Okay, got that. Click the and BING! back at the home page. Wuh? This has worked for me before, but it seems after a certain number of videos it doesn't. I've tried deleting my cookies, but that didn't help, either. Assistance?

You may need to give some star ratings (if you have 10 to give you can't download)

if that's not the problem, make sure that you let this site store cookies on your computer.

still not working? try logging out, the when you log back in, click the remember box.

That sounds like you hit the "10 videos and you need to give ratings" limit. I did it once when I got so caught up in downloading and watching. You could just give 3's to the videos then keep going, but you'd want to remember to go back to your "my downloads" page and give the videos proper ratings.

Well, it's been a while. I sent my laptop off for repairs unrelated to this issue, and when I got it back I was able to download about three videos before it started taking me back to this little page with about three announcements on it. (Wasn't the homepage but looked a lot like it at first glance - sorry, my bad!). BUT I give each video a star rating right after watching it (assuming I was able). That can't be it.

did you try logging out, clicking on members main page, then signing in again (and clicking the remember box)?
(doesn't have to be the members main page, just any page that you have to be logged in to view)

some browsers/computers store cookies differently (some only keep cookies for your current session, stuff like that)
you should be able to work around this by clicking the remember box.
