help me please

I don't understand how to get a FTP client? or where to get one? I tried the suggestions that were posted on one of the guides to uploading the videos but, I just didn't get how to use the program. So if someone could please help I would be very happy.

this will take you right to the select download page just click one of the mirror sites and it should download.
this ftp works only for windows

it's pretty easy to use. Enter the username and password in the respective boxes, and enter kero.animemusicvideos.org into address
quick connect has worked fine for me, so go ahead and use it

you select the file to upload on the left side, and it's just like browsing for a file

don't forget to lower your firewall while you upload

you get a username/password when you request permission to upload a video.
once you complete filling out the video info (looks like you did) go to upload video (in members main page, close to the enter new video button)

just in case...you don't need to do anything with the "port" box in firezilla (quick connect takes care of it)
