I cant upload my video!!! (Help)

Hi, i am trying to upload my video i have just created, but it says that the request is "timed out" and retries 4 more times, but nothing happens. The program i am using is Filezilla. Any advice?

uurm, it was the firewall, it stopped it from downloaded, problem sorted. Sorry for any inconvenience....
