Some kind of error

It said if my video didn't upload then put this here:
directory empty at /usr/local/sbin/Pancake line 150, <FH> line 17

I'm sure it's not too big and I don't know how it wouldn't upload, since it said upload succesful after two hours.

Arghhh! Is there any way to make it smaller or something? (by a lot...)
