After 9hrs of uploading "Boogiepop Haunted" got this message at confirmation step 1

Pancake could not find your file. Are you sure you've uploaded it? If you have, please report the following error code in the forums:

directory empty at /usr/local/sbin/Pancake line 150, <FH> line 17.

The filename is "boogiepop haunted.avi"
