Can't log onto the server to upload video

i get this, every single time i try to upload my video.

Connection Error
This could be caused by any of the following reasons:
Your network connection is down.
The host address is incorrect.
The server you are attempting to connect with is not available.
Click the Details button to view information from the connection log.


this hasn't happened before, HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
