Rather than having a lot of stickies spread around all the different forums, how about add a new forum to the VERY TOP, move all the stickies into it, and don't allow people to post new threads there.
And as a bonus, make it required reading for new members ;p
I think it would be great to consolidate all the stickes into one spot though. New guys might have trouble finding some of the stuff otherwise.

Aww...that would cut the flames and bitching about the noobs by at least 1/3 to 1/2...then what would we do for fun? There may not be enough stupid noob tricks to go around.
