Video Request Help

I've sent a video request permit in order to upload it called "The Outbreak" for Resident Evil:Apocolyspe.

I did the form like 2 weeks ago, and I set the avaible date to like the next day. I can't upload it yet....why?

I set everything I needed from Step 1-3, the others I beleive you don't need to do.

Anyways......I can;t edit the release date, its set to 000-000-000.

When a new etnry is added with a new video source, we must confirm that the video source is actually anime. Unfortunately, Resident Evil: Apocalypse isn't anime, and isn't allowed.
