what if the donation are not in USA money...

cuz i wanna donate, but i'm not in USA, i'm in canada....so do i have to go to the bank to translate canada money to usa money, or i can just donate canada money??? *i don't have creadit card yet and i have no idea how to use paypal...i only have a debit card...not sure if you can use it.....
