Uploading is easy if you can follow what I'm saying...

I figured how to upload so easily. First you go to the upload page. Agree to the rules and request the upload permission. Now comes the hard to explain part... where it says FTP URL and then the dark blue hypertext (ftp://(username):(password)@kero.animemusicvideos.org), click on that. What pops up should look familiar. It looks like a folder like My Documents or My Computer except there is an address line that says ftp://kero.animemusicvideos.org. Go find your video, copy it, then paste in into this "folder" and then a box will come up saying "Copying (Video name)" from wherever it was to the AMV server. When it's done, exit the folder, log back onto a-m-v.org and confirm your video! I really hope this doesn't confuse anyone and actually helps people.

That works if you use the horrid piece of crap IE... otherwise, an FTP client is needed.

Thank you. I did not know that. I stand corrected. It only works in IE.

And let's not forget about the fact that using a FTP Client is much faster than IE

Well even if my dad thinks I'm a computer genius, I'm not. I did what that stupid page told me to do, but obviously I did it wrong, so whatever. FTP or whatever confuses the heck out of me, so I think I will keep using IE, thank you.

No, you did it right. It worked, didn't it? I myself find IE to be a lot more convenient than an FTP client, especially on cable. The only reason I use an FTP client is because it allows for easy resuming.
