I'm not sure if a fast reply module exists for phpBB. I've only ever seen it on vBulletin forums. If one exists though, I think it would be a great addition.

When you view a thread, there is a reply box with a submit button at the bottom, saving you the effort of having to hit "reply" before you can type what you need to. It's also much easier to follow other peoples posts as your writing your own, as you are looking at the actual thread page, instead of a page where the posts are listed backwards.

Well, If I'm not mistaken, Phpbb actually supports the "Fast Reply"..
However, I'm not so sure about making it available..

Its suported under php, I'm at another php board right now which uses the feature. Personaly I'm neutral on it. Wouldnt make any difference to me.
