I cant upload my AMV..connection problems O.o?

I have the CUTEFTP7 and im trying to upload my video to the site. I follow the steps and when im given the link from the site along with the username and password i enter it into the CUTEFTP thing. Now I hit enter and it begins trying to connect. Yet not 5 seconds into it this message pops up

"The remote host activly refused the attempt to connect it"
1)Verify that the destination host name or IP address is correct.
2) Verify that the connection port number is correct (under Site Settings | Type tab).
3) The remote server may be temporarily or permanently inaccessible (try again later).
4) Verify that you have chosen the right protocol (SSH2, SSL, FTP, etc.) and have setup all required options for that protocol.


I entered everything the site gave me into the correct areas during the start up proceedure yet i still get this pop up when i connect. Can anyone help me?
