Unable to reach step 2 on vid info upload

I tried looking through this thread. and the closest thing i could find was a post saying that perhaps my Norton firewall may be blocking the page. I disabled it but still when I go to step 2 all I get is a blank page. It lists my video( the most recent) but I can't enter any video or music info. So in effect I am stuck and am reaching out for help. Please.

Windows XP pro, sbc browser version 3.01

Edit: the music page shows up now but I still can't enter any info or move to the next page.

Try turning off your internet security status. That's what I have to do

What happens when you try to search for a musical artist name?

Im having the same problem too. Or at least a similar one. When Im at step 2, I type in the artist's name and press enter only to get a drop down menu. I cant seem to find out how to add the artist after I get the drop down menu as pressing enter at that point does nothing.

Hey Black Sun Productions,

You're not really adding the musical artist to the video; you're adding the song by the artist to the video. Once you search for the artist, choose from the matching artists that are listed to see the songs for that artist. You can then choose from the songs listed for that artist.

If the artist you are looking for does not appear in your search, be sure to use all possible search methods before adding the new artist. It is easy to misspell an artist's name or use a common name instead of the actual name of the band.

Another thing that may have been confusing was that the javascript for onChange was messed up on the artist dropdown menu. The form should now automatically pull up the song list for the selected artist in the list.
