Donation stats

I have some personally problems with my credit card account right now, and I wish to cancell my Donation which I haven't pay yet, because some reason my paypal account isn't accepting my credit card, and yet it's a big problem for me, can some one please help me cancell my Donation first becasue i am willing to send the money in Hong Kong Crash or USA Dollar, i have email the admins before but yet they have not reply to me, so please someone help me out here.....
