Why is an AMV creator who hates this site still here?

(I wasn't entirely sure either to put this here or in the Moderator box, so mod's, feel free to move wherever. Just wanted to ask the forum as a whole.)

I'm sure everyone has heard about about Sammy, our wonderful resident "I hate you, you, you, you, you... and you, you, and you"-er. Most of us here have probably been the subject of one of his many rants and attacks, but most of us can simply take them and brush them off as nothing. Well, I was thoroughly offended when I read this entry in his journal:

"Just got this email:

Hey,

The staff here at a-m-v.org has been reading your journal, and although we find it quite amusing. We will soon be making an action to ban your sorry ass.

This site exists for 2 reasons:

1. To make it as hard as possible for the user to find good music videos, and only concentrate on videos with high amounts of opinions.

2. To make a place were I could catalog ALL Linkin Park - In the end music videos into one place.

We cant have you posting in your journal ANY LONGER! Bye bye Sammy you fucking putrid little turd.

I know for a fact that this letter is most likely a fake. First of all, the letter refers to this saying "here at a-m-v.org", and I remember a post on the Members Page stating that it was only to be referred to as animemusicvideos.org, not even "the org" (although I do it all the time, I would think the administration would follow their own rules.) The "reasons" he lists are blatant lies (I believe the real rules are on one of the pages in a somewhat "mission statement" form) and simply continue the theme of his journal. In addition to spelling "administration" wrong, he also makes many other careless typos and profanities (showing not only poor intellect but also unprofessionalism), including a very embarassing "www.animemusicvideoforgetting the 's'.org", which to me just put this too far out there.

Is this getting a little too out of hand? He's already wrote fake interviews with him and other creators, putting them into a negative context. And now, he's writing up fake e-mails from the administration, making our site-admins look like horrible people. He puts down this site in nearly every other journal entry. Should someone like this really[/b] be around here? Is this the kind of person we want around? Or should we all just shrug this off as nothing and continue letting him put down this site?

The reason he's still here is because he's one hell of an entertaining SOB. lets face it, anyone with half a brain knows that he's probably sting behind his comp, having a hell of a good laugh. If you think the guy is that serios then you deserve to be banned . Honestly, the guy's one of the best things to happen to the org in a while. Love the guy. Oh and technicaly he's yet to break a rule.

Well, as you pointed out, it's pretty obvious that e-mail was a fake. He's not really doing any harm, and most people should know better than to take him seriously. Anyone that so much as glances at his journal can see the poor guy has no life. He's doing himself more harm than anyone else, and I think the journals are still outside the administration's jurisdiction, isn't that so? I think it's been brought up before in the case of Sammy.

And, bum, Sammy hasn't been entertaining for at least a month.
