HELP ME PLEASE

Post by sessy4011 » Mon Aug 01, 2005 8:33 pm

Okay I spent all day making this trigun music video, it's over 10 MEGS so I can't upload it on ourmedia.org and just make a link to it (like I did with my other videos). I downloaded the FileZilla program, could some one give me step by step on how to use it to upload my video? You can answer it here or AIM me, my sn is familyguydog1.

Um, I don't think that a-m-v.org sends spam e-mails, I've been a member for a year and never received one. However, you may recieve topic reply notifications, which are useful (it's how you'd know I responded to this).

Like I said, I've never gotten one, I highly doubt that it's from a-m-v.org, what's the return address?

Preferences means "Einstellungen" and unsubscribe is "abbestellen". Don't do this!!!! With doing this you get only more spam mails because you confirm your mail adress. The only way to get rid of this is the use of spam filters. Me too doubts that is has to do with the org. I got such mails before getting member here. Think about where you have given your email adress to get something or if it is published at a website.

If you don't understand this post, PM me and I'll answer in German.

That e-mail is not sent through us nor is that person in any way, shape or form associated with this site. I have actually seen that e-mail before, but it was not sent to the e-mail address that I use on this site, so I do not think that this spam e-mail is a result of joining this site.

FYI, you have your email address displayed on your forum profile. It's possible for someone to use that to send you junk (though its certainly not Org doing it, and we certainly didn't authorize it).
