Could someone please help me find out who I should contact to correct my pledge status? I stupidly paid a Paypal pledge donation without including my member name, and so I received a pending pledge status email. I responded to the email with all the payment information needed to show that I had paid for the donation. A week later I received the same pending status email, so I sent the same payment information again. Two more weeks and two more pending status emails later, I've now been denied download access because of this simple mistake that hasn't yet been cleared up. Who can I contact to make sure the pledge status is finally taken care of? I'm so frustrated now because I paid for the donation and it seems that my email responses to the pending status are not being read or received. I don't know what to do next. Could someone please help me? I'd hate to see a kind donation turn into a problem--which it seems to be doing. Please help!
