Cant see the banner sidebar

Cant see the banner sidebar

When I log into my profile. The banner sidebar on the right pops up, and then disappears after about 4 seconds.

I thought it was cause I have not donated, but on the pledge page, it doesn't say anything about donaters getting to view banners.
