New reply after an opinion

Well, i don't know if the title is really clear (i guess not).

My question is : would it be possible to add in the main member page something like the "New / Updated Opinions" but for the replies to an opinion (at least, those on the opinion we left to the creator).
In fact, the more i leave ops, the more i'm confused to reach one and see if the creator left some kind of comments or question about my explanations/marks, furthenmore when the creator added comments and i replied to those comments and then he..... (because the box is still pink after an edit).
Well, i know i'm not one of the most opinionated members here so with a litle effort i can search by myself if the creator replied or not to the comments but it'd be way easy to have something to warn ourself when we received a reply.

Do you think it would be possible?

When you're on the opinion given page try sorting by date modified. It isn't exactly what you're looking for but it does help. A couple weeks ago someone replied to an opinion I left nearly two years ago but I noticed it because it popped up first when sorted by date modified.
