can someone please confirm my video its been pending for awhile now and I need to get it uploaded

You have not uploaded your video yet. Please use an FTP client, along with your FTP login information, to upload this video.
Your video is larger than the upload quota (typically, 100MB).
If none of the above apply, please report the following error code in the forums: directory empty at /usr/local/sbin/Pancake line 150, <FH> line 17.
You may also cancel this upload request.
thats the message I get I even put in the request upload a file larger than 100MB but nobody will confirm it even though ive down sized it over 900MB

Your request will be denied unless it's for a really good reason (i.e. a Multi-Editor-Project) - all of us have learned how to get AMVs down to the 10MB/1minute range, shouldn't be that hard.
If you need it hosted quickly use YouSendIt or something for now, then read the guides again and try to get the filesize down for the 'Org upload.
