Custom Colors and environments for a-m-v.org

The site is PHP right? That means we should be able to set up our own color schemes (I've seen it done a few other sites).

I was just wanting to know if there is already a customization page (to set settings) if not can we add them?

My main problem is that I am color blind (Shades) and a lot of the light color shades for field colors I can't distinguish (Like when you are checking to see if there is a review reply posted or not). I just need to tweak them so they are more distinct.

Just something to consider.

There used to be the ability to create custom skins for the site, but then the site started being rewritten. As a result, old skins broke, and new ones have to be written. The problem though, is that the entire site is not converted to the new format, and very may well not be for quite some time, so in the meantime, we cant use skins.
