New Member....Do I have to wait 2 weeks for downloading vid?

I read somewhere that I have to wait 2 weeks to be able to download videos. Is that policy still used?

I believe that Policy has not been in effect for about 6 months or so.

For the second time, I suggest some mod (Corran, perhaps?) changes Corran's post on this page so that it doesn't say you need to be a member for two weeks before downloading.

Also, Moonslayer's guide still mentions the two-week wait period.

Thanks everyone, I finally got the hang of it. Now I know how to download. I couldn't at first and I thought that maybe it was b/c of that 2 week waiting period. Thanks guys.
