Web Page Error

As I'm trying to enter a contest for an upcoming convention, I've been trying for the last week to enter information for my newest video. However, I cannot seem to enter the music information for said video. Everytime I attempt to pull up the page to enter the musical information, the page freezes. I have tried to bypass this problem by entering it as a 'bug', however, even that page would not load.

And if anyone knows how to do so, without my user information (say, programmers, moderators of the site) I would appreciate the help greatly. The musical information to be listed is:
'My December' by Linkin Park
and possibly 'Memory' by Yoko Konno (credit music)

A common problem seems to be with Norton Internet Security and other popup blockers. Try disabling any of those.

I have disabled my security programs and am still unable to load the page to enter the information.

I would greatly appreciate if anyone had any other ideas of how to fix this problem.
BTW, thank you for the suggestion. ^_~ Help is always appreciated.
