how to u make a banner

I know I sound blond but how do I make a banner? I couldn't find the instructions in the FAQ. please tell me thanks

its very easy, you just need an image editing program (preferably photoshop)

go to the "my banners" link on the members page and you can download the Adobe Illustrator file of the logo. After that its all your own creativity and art.

just make sure the banner is 468x60 pixels

well photoshop is just my favorite image editor.

there is a GREAT image editor out there that is total free. GIMP

There's plenty of decent image editors for the level of making banners, anyway - Photoshop and Gimp are really on the high end, and are far more complex than just banners.
That said, Gimp is indeed free so if you don't have Photoshop that's the way to go.

Otherwise... if you're good, you can probably even do it in Paintbrush. Notice I said 'probably'
