Need Help Uploading

I'm really sorry if this is asked way to much but I can't help it. I just made a video (my first one ever) its all done and I entered all my info for it already, its just I can't figure out how to upload it, I clicked the link and it didn't work and so I went to the site it showed to use the username and password and I just couldn't figure out what to do.

I know there are help things and a search function, so don't post telling me to look for them and think your all badass because you know something a new person doesn't.

I really just want help, I cant upload my video and I dont have time to look for help things, I have work soon and I was hoping to get this done first.

Anyways, any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Forget it, I figured it out on my own.. I just forgot to type ftp:// in front of the site thingy. I have never used FTP before, well anyways, sorry if I cluttered the boards, I just wanted my video on here. Well bye.
