Banner Removal?

Not sure if this is posted in the right section, but I created a banner a while ago that got accepted. However, I have recently found out that the chibi character I used on the banner was actually someone else's non-official artwork, and they would like it removed. Except, I'm not sure how to do this....any help?

Which banner is it, I can remove it for you.

OK I've found the banner and I've unworthied it. That should take it out of circulation, I think. Let me know if it can still be seen anywhere.
