How do you decide what goes into a 'collection'? It's rather arbitrary.
To lay things out nice and simple, BitTorrent was created to solve the problem of "few files, many users". The situation here is more of "many files, comparatively few users". Result? BitTorrent doesn't scale. This is the sort of thing that HTTP is best suited for.
