Kero, local downloading errors

Don't know if anyone has reported seeing these errors but I've just been trying to download a local video and I either get a page saying,

or a page saying,

Gateway Time-out
The proxy server did not receive a timely response from the upstream server.
Apache/2.0.54 (Debian GNU/Linux) Server at kero.animemusicvideos.org Port 80
