For some reason it is not pulling up the scrollbar for me to post a video. I filled out all of the information properly, but I can't upload it.

If you're talking about this video, it's because Invader Zim is not considered anime.

Why is invader zim not recognized as anime by the site, when they use a banner of it? That's pretty odd...

The banners don't have content restrictions. You can use anything as long as it follows the rules.

On the other hand, the rules are pretty strict about what you can and can't have making up the majority of a video to be uploaded.

Yes, that's exactly it. By this site's definition, "anime" does not include animation that's not Japanese in origin.

That kind of sucks. I mean, no live action stuff I understand, but we are missing out on alot of great videos by not allowing great shows like, Teen Titans, Invader Zim, The Batman, Aeon Flux, etc.

Right, none of them are allowed. As has been pointed out when others raise this question, this is animemusicvideos.org, not animatedmusicvideos.org. Whether or not any of them qualify as 'great shows' is a whole different issue.
