Cant download??

It would seem i cant download anything from this site. i have done it sucsessfully in the past. but just a while ago. when i tried to download a vid i owed an opp too. it just went to a cannot disply page error with explorer. and with firefox it gives me a timed out error. do you know any way to help this problem??
