Proxy account video list cleanup

This morning, I checked out the list of vids attached to the proxy account, and found a number of duplicate listings. I'm aware that not all of them can be cleaned up, as many of them have no DL links and don't have a creator name attached, but the obvious dupes probably should be.

http://www.animemusicvideos.org/members ... .php?v=959 is a dupe of http://www.animemusicvideos.org/members ... php?v=3354

http://www.animemusicvideos.org/members ... .php?v=985 is a dupe of http://www.animemusicvideos.org/members ... php?v=3338

I'm not sure how many others are dupes, but those are the ones that stood out for me. Yes, the correct entry is a newer entry on all of those, but I don't think the proxy listing needs to stick around now that there is an entry put in by the creator (except in the case of that Caldwell vid, which was entered by the admins).
