Trouble Adding Indirect Link

When trying to add this URL as an indirect link on the RVG Project video entry:

http://www.kiskasca.net/their_amv.htm

I received this error message: ERROR: Link is not valid: Server - Not Found

I tried adding the slash at the end as well, did not fix the problem. I have this URL listed as an indirect link on a few of my other vids with no problems. The server is seems to be up and Derobert stated Yuri connects to it with no problem. Is there a glitch in the system?
