Can't access one of my videos.

The video entitled "Fever Dream" has been Frenchified from the look of it and I can't access it. I'm sure no one else can either. How can I fix it?

Actually, scratch that. I can access it when I use Internet Explorer, but not when I use Opera.

Scratch that again. Now IE is Frenchified.
