Someone stole part of my video...

Hey guys,
It was brought to my attention that this video http://www.animemusicvideos.org/members ... hp?v=40291 uses my Animix 5 segment IN ITS ENTIRETY at the very beginning. Here's the link to my animix segment in case there was any doubt.

Can something be done about this? A warning, at least?
