10^-3 accuracy in the Effects score (bug?)

Any reason the Effects scores listed on video info pages are now showing up to 3 decimal places instead of just 2, with such humorous results as <a href="http://www.animemusicvideos.org/members ... 4900">this video</a> having a score of 10.001 (thanks VoR for pointing this example out)?

It's a known bug. We know about it but havent yet looked into what is causing it.
