it gave me this message and i know for a fact that i uploaded it correctly =(

Pancake could not find your file. Are you sure you've uploaded it? If you have, please report the following error code in the forums: directory empty at /usr/local/sbin/Pancake line 150, <FH> line 17.

That often means your file was over 100MiB.

Here's one for ya, just so I don't start threads that aren't needed.
After uploading I get a please wait 5-10 minutes and the video will be available on local, lets just say that was a week ago.

Check the (now available) <a href="/members/upload/confirm-queue.php">upload completion queue</a>. There is probably an error message there.
