Most Underrated Video List

I feel like such a noob for asking all these questions here, but i was under the impression the most underrated video list was compiled by (#of downloads)/(#of opinions)... if this is true, a video of mine should have been on the list for something like 2 or 3 months but it's not there.

Am i mistaken, or is the info on the page (or even the formula on the bottom) not correct?

For the past year and a half or so, it's only figured local downloads into the formula, so that may be it.

It is local... i was just wondering if the formula stated on the page wasn't actually how it worked. hmm.

Seems that the local stats were not being properly updated. I ran a manual update so the stats are now accurate. Sorry for the confusion.
