That means my CCS video has been downloaded 34 times, but can they watch it? This is so confusing...

That number represents the total number of times your video was downloaded succesfully. So as long as they have the right codec, they should be fine.

Or, nevermind. You've uploaded the project file the database and not the actual video. You need to export your video from movie maker and create a .WMV file.
