Just wondering how this works, or rather, how often this is updated?

I've got a video sitting at 1 opinion, 197 local and 269 direct downloads, and it's not on the list. Even if it's counting local only, according to the ratio given on the page I'd have a rating of 197.00, but I'm not on there.

Just wondering how that worked, thanks :P
