deleting spam perfect ops

I thought of this after reading sara's thread in the help forum. Would it be possible to allow users to delete people's Op's for thier vids if they give app 10's or 1's ? I know occasionaly thier legit, but mostly i'd say tehy're thier spam.

It's those "occasionally legit" cases that would make it difficult, I think. It would suck if a video actually deserves them and the editor deletes them all out of spite. Leaves us, reading their info, with a skewed idea of how good the video is.

(I still like the idea of requiring an explanation of at least length x for an extreme rating. Dunno if that's possible; it just sounds like it would cut down on the spam ops, and not leave out too many legitimate ops. Uh... yeah, shutting up now.)

I don't think there's enough ops that need this doing to to warrant a user tool to do it. Emailing a request to the admins works fine.
