FTP program trouble

I downloaded Core FTP Lite, and it's a program that works decently, but the only problem is that it's never able to connect to nago.animemusicvideos.org.

"Can't establish connection --> nago.animemusicvideos.org:21"

Is the problem with my computer or is the problem with the server? I have the provided password and username spelled correctly, I don't see what could go wrong otherwise.
