Minor bug with the skins

This is something that I noticed a long time ago, and doesn't really ammount to anything, but its just kinda weird. If the "number of downloads" link (on the members main page) hasn't had any problems reported on it, it doesnt use any style from your skin, it's just a plain blue, underlined link. I think this could be fixed by simply having the links default to the "hasnt had any error reports in a while" state.
