What is included in pornagraphic material

I wanted to use a scene from Dragonball Z where Goku is fighting Furiza and he hallucinates/sees Vegeta's ghost, and then sees King Vegeta and his father, fist raised saying it's up to him now. Problem? Vegeta is seen totally naked in this shot, but from the back. Is that considered pornagraphic or is that okay?

I'm not sure, so I figured I better check before putting it in.

No, I personally think it would be OK. Sexual nudity is the word going around, and this is barely nudity (I mean, back... geez) - much less sexual!

I just wanted to be absolutely sure, because the word was also that if you did take a chance on something and it turned out the site admin said no there was no warning, your ass was banned.

So, vegeta from the back in that scene is okay. Cool!

I would have hated not to use that scene. 8)
