Suspicious Name?

While checking the "new videos" list, I found a person who is very likely lying that he's from Aluminum Studios, even stealing the comments of two of his videos from Wiilaim Milberry's web stie. The person's profile can be found here.

I'm not sure if this is the real William Milberry (with him just changing his name) or an imposter claiming to Milberry (leaning towards a bogus name, though). How can you confirm that someone changed his name or not, and if this Aluminum Studios is indeed bogus, how do you deal with people trying to steal credit for other people's work?
