How To Bypass Registration

Post by TaranT » Wed Jul 21, 2004 1:57 am

I'm going to post this without comment. I do know the first available account works.

http://www.bugmenot.com/

Type in the full address of this site; click the red button; on the next page that comes up, click the top red button.

See the FAQ for background info.

Well, the site does give you the login and password. There's nothing preventing someone from logging on under that account and changing the password.

Bugmenot is a bit of a catch 22 with regards to this site. Forced registration allows us to keep features on the site free as it keeps the leeching down but if people didnt have to register we would have to charge for membership which would then mean bugmenot would not be able to list this site ^_^;;

Cool, now I can access the New York Times and Washington Post sites without having to register! :twisted:
