Problems w/ FTP and uploading

Yeah, I know we get this topic often

In the edit your video section, if you have an FTP program, what do you put as your link? that's the first thing. Then what address or whatnot to you plug into the FTP to get to upload. I've never used one of these before and I'm so confused. I would greatly appriciate some kind fo point in the right direction. I've been trying to upload my vid for months and I can't get it to work. Please help.

You don't need a link in the video discription. That is for your website only!
Okay, to set up your FTPThingy you need to request permitoin. Yes, under the mainmembers page, click upload video. Pick your vid, and ask for permition. SAVE YOUR INFOMATION! The Server, Username, and Passord. You need these to get your vid to upload.
I don't know what FTP program your using, but you need to make a new connection.

I should look something like this:
nago.animemusicvideos.org
Tkakw8a
pajikS2

Once that information is corect, connect to the server, select your file, and upload it.

I just figured out what I did wrong, one stupid insignificant thing *hits self in head couple hundred times* AMV's up now. Thank you for your help!
