why dont u make the site streach with the resolution of the viewers comp. this way if someone has a higher resolution there will not be as much scrolling becouse the site would be wider and shorter

The site can be modified to stretch by creating a custom skin for it. This can't be done though, until the new site design is completed.

if only i knew how to creat skins. i know quite a bit of html and java script but nothing else. and iv never delt with makeing skins or forums. and when will the new layout be complete do u have an estimate?

I have no idea, but I didn't know anything about it either, I just dove in, and its not really all that hard.
I can't figure out how to make it go across the whole screen though, everything keeps getting pushed underneath the menu :\
